Products to make kinda-curly hair into ringlets?

I have naturally curly hair, but instead of actual curls it's just kinda messy. Any tips or suggestions on hair products under $15? Thanks!

Simply mousse or a 'curl artist' If its frizzy it might be because you dry it fully? If you blow dry your hair with a defuser till 50% of the moisture is out, Get some wax/gel/mousse/curl activator products and just scrunch your hair dont put too much on or it will look greasy. Hope this helps!

put some mouse into wet hair i use suave mouse it's green on my daughter's curly locks..$2.00.

The section your hair into eight sections. Take a comb with small teeth and comb a section then take a piece of hair from that section and twist is around the teeth of the comb until its completely twisted then leave it alone and move onto the next one. her hair gets beautiful ringlets without a curling iron.

p.s. DONT WASH YOUR HAIR EVERYDAY ONLY PUT CONDITIONER IN IT EVERY DAY. THAT MAY HELP YOUR HAIR REGAIN ITS CURL.
